What Does a Typical Package Look Like?
We have a variety of ways we can work together. Typically, each of our packages always includes phases and pillars that we intentionally plan, and then implement.
With each of our clients, we do some form of Pillar 1 (Business Deep Dive & Marketing Planning) & 2 (Messaging & Website Development or Improvements) work.
Some clients work with us only on Pillars 1 & 2, and then we collaborate on Pillar 3 (Marketing Actions and Sustainable Growth Systems) or Pillar 4 (Accelerate Your Impact & Purpose) with monthly marketing actions and business development deliverables. (More on pillars here.)
Some take our course where we teach and coach you step by step through each of the 4 pillars. Others work with us on our 8-Month Inclusive Business Foundations Package (All 4 Pillars), and then move forward with a Monthly Growth Package where we continue to collaborate for many months or over many years.

Here we get clarity on who you are, what you are up to, and what you need to do to reach your goals. We organize your ideas and make a solid roadmap to help you know what to do to reach your specific goal.
2. Client Attraction & Connection Framework
Here we either build you a custom website or review your website and give you a direct framework and feedback to implement, page by page, along with the overall structure etc.
We also review your messaging, your SEO, usability, your online presence, and lead-gathering processes. We also refine your messaging around your offer(s) to make sure it’s clear. It is key that what represents your business is accurate and aligned with your goals and vision.

Meet Our Founder & Director
Anna Empey grew up on a 1,000-acre apple and fruit orchard in Eastern Washington. While growing up she went to the Walla Walla farmers market selling her family fruit until she left to go to college. She graduated with her degree from Brigham Young University in Anthropology, with a Minor in Communications.
Since 2010, Anna has worked for and with many small businesses, wearing many hats from marketing to sales, to operations, to help each and every company achieve success. While Anna worked for these companies, many of them experienced major growth achieving what seemed impossible at times. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, Anna has volunteered with Affirmation, Flourish Therapy, and other non-profits that are here to make a difference.
In June 2019, she started a business development consulting agency called Business Inspired Solutions to help small and medium-sized businesses implement solutions and use best practices to succeed. Over the last 4 years she has helped dozens of businesses on their journey. Anna is also the president of the Kennewick Biz to Biz chapter.
Anna’s passion is truly to help make the world a better place by helping anyone and everyone around her. She loves supporting others in achieving their goals. She is also a powerful leader, who can clearly see the vision and direction businesses want to go. She stands for what is possible for businesses and individuals. Ultimately, Anna loves having her clients and community win.

Katlin is a co-owner of Business Inspired Solutions, and she started working with us full time in the fall of 2019. Katlin is a fast learner and is always asking what else can I do to make a difference today?

Jos graduated with her degree in communications. She brings years of experience with branding and marketing strategy, design, social media expertise, video editing, and logo design.
